At S2 Imaging, we have partnered with many types of product vendors in the past, from small organizations offering low price points to larger organizations with a large support organization. After extensive discussion and research, we agreed to focus our relationship with two world class vendors:

  • Testrite Visual Products

We have worked with these organizations for years and truly feel they create the perfect partnership with S2 Imaging to create stunning event displays, retail or corporate environments, and tradeshow exhibits. Pairing the product expertise and dedicated support of these organizations with the industry expertise of the design and project managers at S2 Imaging means we can deliver a total solution for any project.

The S2 Imaging account and project managers interface with Nimlok and Testrite directly so you don’t have to. We are a deeply experienced and well-versed group of exhibit professionals who have worked in the industry for more than 25 years.

Our process ensures no detail will be overlooked, from the first call where we begin gathering general information all the way through the final details of the project. On your initial call, we will learn more about your project requirements by discussing the following questions:

  • What are your deadlines?
  • What is the tradeshow schedule?
  • When is the event/tradeshow?
  • Where is the event/tradeshow located?
  • What size space is reserved?
  • What is your budget?

After the initial intake, an account manager will partner with you to kick-off planning. While the plan takes shape, the account manager will provide input on product configurations to consider, including recommendations around preliminary pricing. With your selection and feedback, the design and rendering process will begin, where the product manager will serve as your voice to the design team, art department, production department, and the wholesaler’s account manager. Together, we will work through each detail of the project, from your floor plan, accessories, timeline, shipping, assembly and dis-assembly at the venue, to storage and returning to your site. With these details, our account team will build a final price estimate for you to review and approve.
